Alayen is a brute. Not only because the only two things he dislikes according to the game are failing and retreating, and not only because two of his main skills are Power Strike and Weapon Master, but also because of his raw strength rating of 11, the second-highest in the game.
Alayen isn't as versatile as some of the other companions. He won't win the room with his charisma or win an episode of Jeopardy! Recruiting Matheld to your party will cost you more than any other companion, with her being the only party member that runs a Denar price tag. But oh, man, are Matheld's services worth it. Matheld possesses nines and tens across the board in rating stats, with the nines coming in strength and intelligence and the tens being in agility in charisma.
Being a balanced character that can be counted on for just about whatever is required is a strength in its own right, as are Matheld's Weapon Master and athletics skills. Matheld can do it all, and do it all very well. One of the things that makes Bunduk great is that he stands for all the right things. According to the game, his dislikes include robbing people and excessive killing.
He's just a chill dude. He also admires to people who are cautious and well-prepared in doing their craft, a genuine mindset that resembles his own. He can be adaptive in a situation, although he can be solely relied on to his expertise of siegework. At certain times, he expresses genuine concern and caution towards the people he needs to associate with and would present his anger and disappointment when he interacts with other members in the party that may be considered to be threatening in terms of the status of their profession or even their scheming actions against him.
He can be blunt and straight-forward in stating his problems in what is happening to the party in order to have the problem be resolved immediately.
Artimenner starts off with 4 Engineer skill, so can be a useful addition to a party if the player doesn't want to invest points in it, but does want to reduce their besieging time, or simply wants a stop-gap until they can level up to get points.
He is not of noble birth, so granting him a fief in Warband will result in a loss of relations with most of the noble lords of Calradia , as they dislike a commoner being elevated to lordship. If elevated to lordship, Artimenner will recruit troops from his fief, regardless of the nationality. Bannerlord Factions Concepts Companions Quests. Forgot your username or password? One is an experimental scientist who is still perfecting his craft. The other believes that everything worth knowing has already been written down centuries ago, and questioning is the sign of a diseased mind.
The companions with whom Jeremus gets along are way, way, WAY better than the ones that Artimenner likes, in the long run. You can try to hire both but just send one off until you need them for the specific task. Yeh, Jeremus is part of the "INT skilled" set of companions that get along with each other.
They also tend to be cheaper.
